Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 15 days before pick-up:
    You will receive a full refund of your booking deposit (except for non-refundable bookings).
  • Cancellations between 15 days and 72 hours before pick-up:
    You will receive a 50% refund of your booking deposit.
  • Cancellations within 72 hours before pick-up:
    The booking deposit is non-refundable. However, you will receive a 10% discount coupon for any future booking with us.

No-Show Policy
If you fail to collect the vehicle within 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time without prior notification, the booking will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.

Non-Refundable Bookings
Cancellations of bookings marked as fully prepaid or non-refundable are not eligible for a refund. However, you will receive a 10% discount coupon for your next car rental in Paros.

Amendment Policy

Amendments made more than 48 hours before pick-up

  • No amendment fees apply.
  • Changes are subject to the availability of our rental cars in Paros.
  • Daily rates may vary based on the new duration, season, or selected vehicle category.

Amendments made within 48 hours before pick-up or during the rental period

  • An amendment fee of €25 applies.
  • Changes remain subject to availability for your car rental in Paros.
  • Daily rates may be adjusted based on the updated period, season, or selected category.

Additional Information

  • Early Returns:
    Returning the vehicle earlier than originally scheduled does not entitle the renter to a refund for unused rental days.
  • Delayed Arrivals:
    If your arrival is delayed, please inform us immediately. We will hold the vehicle for up to 2 hours after the scheduled time, unless we have been notified of the delay in advance.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    These bookings offer discounted rates and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

How to Request a Cancellation or Amendment:
All changes must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and are only valid once you receive a confirmation from our team.
